The official season covered by your subscription runs from the first week in September until the end of March each season.
Because of our mild climate we play throughout the year on the same timetable, weather permitting, though after the change of Daylight Saving we started at 9.30 am initially. From June when the mornings are colder and there is a likelihood of frost we will start at 10.00 am. Sometimes heavy rainfall may make play impossible, in which case members are notified by email, and a notice is placed on this website on the Home page about 8.00 am on the day stating that the lawns are closed.
Summer Daylight Saving commences on Sunday 28th September 2025 at 2.00 am and ends on Sunday 5th April 2026 at 3.00 am. The morning times change to 8.30 am for a 9.00 am start
The following timetable shows our regular club playing sessions in the season which are attended by the majority of financial members. There are other days when local and national tournaments are played at Matamata and they may replace a club day occasionally.
